When requesting storage, you estimate the volume of the goods you wish to store with us. This can be based on:

• Euro pallets
• Square meters (m²)
• Cubic meters (m³)
• Boxes
• Pallets with non-standard dimensions

Based on your estimate, the volume is converted into an average number of Euro pallets using a fixed, transparent and uniform method. This ensures the pricing remains clear, fair and comparable, regardless of the shape of your goods.

For customers requiring extra flexibility, we offer our storage Boxes. They are kept securely in our warehouse under optimal conditions, but can also be delivered directly to your location.

This is ideal for temporary projects or when you need extra capacity at short notice. They are fully modular and easily scalable, allowing you to use exactly the space you need without investing in your own infrastructure.

The maximum capacity per storage unit depends on the type and size. For Boxes, the following load capacities apply:

• Small Box - 1m³ - Max. 400 kg
• Medium Box - 5m³ - Max. 750 kg
• Large Box - 6m³ - Max. 750 kg
• XL Box - 16m³ - Max. 1000 kg
• 3XL Box - 33m³ - Max. 2000 kg

For bulk storage, no fixed maximum load capacity can be defined, as this depends on various logistical factors. If you are unsure about the volume, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can determine the optimal storage solution together and ensure your goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Yes. In addition to storage, we support you with various tailored logistical services, such as:

These services are performed upon request and charged based on time and materials used.

If our operational department determines upon receipt or inspection that the listed or delivered goods do not match the provided information, the applicable terms or guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, goods may be returned to the customer, and all operational and logistical costs will be charged accordingly.
